Practice Schedule
Monday through Thursday – FirstHealth Pinehurst, 7-9pm (30 minutes dryland, 90 minutes swim)
Scheduled Saturday Workouts – Seven Lakes Pool, 8-10am
Scheduled Friday Team Meetings – Room 123, 7:45am
Practice Tardiness/Absences
Parent or Doctor’s note required for missed practice due to illness AND Coach must be informed BEFORE practice

Classroom Behavior: Teacher Notification
1st Contact – Extra Conditioning
2nd Contact – Suspension until further notice/parent, player & coach meeting before returning
3rd Contact – Removal from the Team

Grades: Below 70
1st Offense – Suspension until grades improve & contract with teacher/athlete/coach
2nd offense – Removal from the Team

Meet Protocol
o Athletes must arrive BEFORE scheduled time to leave
o Athletes are expected to attend ALL Meets
o Athletes are encouraged to pack plenty of appropriate snacks/meals for during and after Meet
o PARENTS must sign out athletes after EACH Meet with Coach Christensen if they intend to travel home with the parent from the Meet location (i.e. not with the bus) – School Policy
